How much is the security deposit?
It is equal to one month’s rent.
Is my pet welcome?
Yes. Dogs and cats that are 75 pounds and under on 1st floor and 50 pounds or less on 2nd or 3rd floor, are welcome in our building. Each pet will require a non-refundable $250 pet fee per animal along with a $50 per month pet rent. Contact management for more information.
What utilties are included in my rent?
Water, sewer, and garbage are included. Tenants pay electricity, gas, and internet ($60).
Is there parking?
Yes, there is assigned underground heated parking at $100/stall/month and free unassigned off street parking lot.
Is internet available?
Internet is supplied through the building for $60/month, each unit has their own network and password. All units are required to use this service.
Does the building have security?
The common areas of the building have 24 hr security camera monitoring. All doors are secured and each tenant is provided a key fob for access.
